She made the process of adopting very easy and how to set my property up to make the transition smooth and to have a nice area to work him.  She walked me through my application and was very thorough in explaining his current training and showed me other techniques to try on him such as clicker training.  I can be confident moving forward with him and always rely on Ava for feedback/ help even though I’m miles away.
